Ms Natasha Kaushal

Head of Post 16
 

After gaining her Masters in Business and Information Technology and PGCE in Education, Natasha started her teaching career in 2010 in the UK working in both mainstream and special needs schools. She moved to the UAE in 2016 and joined GEMS Al Barsha National School in 2018 as Head of Digital Learning.


Her passion for innovation stems from her love for learning new concepts and watching students’ enthusiasm towards developing creative solutions to problems. As an educator, she strongly believes in student empowerment and preparing students to become resilient and visionary learners.


She is excited to continuing working with our students and teachers, fostering 21st century skills and leading initiatives which promote design thinking and innovation and the UN and UAE development sustainable goals.
