Mr Ahmed Touati

Vice Principal 

 

 Ahmed Touati is an accomplished educator with 21 years of experience in the field. In his latest role as the Boys' Section Principal in Bahrain, he ensured that all teaching and learning aspects met the expected standards. Ahmed's professional journey began as a Sports Sciences specialist and Psychology teacher in Bahrain and Saudi Arabia schools. He gradually advanced through various academic and administrative positions.

At Al Naseem School, Ahmed served as the Middle School Students' Supervisor and taught psychology at the IB standard level. Later, at Bahrain Bayan School, he was appointed as the Students' Counselor, and his capabilities led to a promotion to High School Vice Principal and the school-wide Behaviour Management Coordinator. He also played a pivotal role in earning an outstanding ranking from the BQA authority as part of the Senior Leadership Team.
Ahmed possesses strong leadership and management skills, consistently demonstrating his expertise in reviewing and developing policies and leading change projects. Over the past three years, Ahmed has spearheaded positive changes at his school, improving academic achievement, student behaviour, and student involvement.
 
Ahmed holds an MBA in Educational Leadership and Management from Geneva Business School besides his Master's degree in Sports Sciences and Physical Education. 

As Vice Principal, Ahmed is thrilled to join and contribute to the GNS community and looks forward to fostering continued growth and success. With his vast experience, leadership skills, and passion for education, he aims to create an environment where students thrive academically, socially, and personally.
