Ms. Pauline Bruce

Manager of School Operations

Pauline Bruce is the Manager of School Operations at GEMS Al Barsha National School   and is a founding member of the team.  Pauline has the responsibility for all non-educational aspects of NSG, including governing body compliance, facilities management, daily operational needs and most importantly, the health and safety of all students, staff and visitors.

Pauline has over 10 years management and operations experience here in the UAE and across MENA working for large international organisations and has an additional 5 years management experience from her home country, Scotland.  Pauline has vast experience in business development whilst maintaining great focus on staff development and training.  Pauline’s educational background is in Early Years and Education which means school is a perfect environment for her to continue her career.  She has since progressed through a number of business management courses as well as various advanced Health and Safety courses such as IOSH Managing Safely and NEBOSH IGC.  Pauline is also certified in Paediatric First Aid and Fire Safety.
